    Clean temp files and startup programs, defragment, etc.
    Ensure anti-virus software is installed and up to date
    Virus check, including removal of any viruses/spyware
    Backup system check to ensure backups are running properly
    Check system logs for early detection of hard drive problems
    Install updates for Windows, Adobe, Java, and others
1 additional Remote Service or $59 toward on-site visit ($59 value)
5% off services not covered by the basic plan (Remote or On-site)
