     Home Network support and troubleshooting
     Email Setup and troubleshooting (Corporate e-mail not
     included)
     iTunes syncing/mobile device support
     *Training is not included
Bi-Annual checkups ($118 value per PC
System Tune-up
     Clean temp files and startup programs, defragment, etc.
     Ensure anti-virus software is installed and up to date
     Virus check, including removal of any viruses/spyware
     Backup system check to ensure backups are running properly
     Check system logs for early detection of hard drive issues
     Install updates for Windows, Adobe, Java, and others
15% off on-site services
     If a problem can’t be fixed remotely, (i.e. hardware failure) you still
     save 15% off all on-site services! (Labor Only)
